Connection problem

Symptoms:
The curser turns to busy in the middle of the event  and the connection icon is orange.

Cause of problem:
These symptoms appear due to a temporary connection problem, or as a result of a total disconnection from the Internet.

Solution:

  • Try to reach a different site with your browser. In the address bar of your browser, type the following address:http://www.ibm.com, and press enter. Does the site come up?
    If it does not, you might be experiencing problems with your internet connection. Copied wording from Participant

  • Restart the login process:
    Close the Dashboard application and click the URL from your Invitation again.
