Image or video slides are not displayed

You cannot see the images or videos on the left-hand side of the screen.

Cause of problem
If you are experiencing problems, possibly the slides’ files have not yet finished downloading due to a slow connection. Invoke sessions may contain rich media that is best viewed using broadband connection.


  • Verify that your Internet connection performance is of good quality.
  • You may have to wait a while for some media slides to download.
