Session is not displayed fully on the screen

During the session you have trouble seeing the whole screen, or you have to scroll to see the entire slide.

Cause of the Problem
The display resolution is probably too low for the session, or the setting of the browser zoom is incompatible.


  • Adjust the display resolution:
    Follow the instructions in our Display resolution or color depth is incompatible page.
  • Set your browser zoom to 100% (View menu->Zoom, or Ctrl. +/-).
