Session quits due to browser failure

Browser page does not respond or is closed.

Cause of problem
The problem might be due to a technical failure in the browser, Flash Player plug-in or general connectivity problems.


  • If you received an invitation email, click again on the session URL in the invitation and repeat the sign-in process.
  • If you arrived at the session through a panel company website, you may retrieve the session URL from the browser history page (Ctrl. + H). Look for a URL that contains the word Invoke. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact the panel company that recruited you for the session.
